kung fu philippines

Mission:
Be a better person by learning:

1. Self Mastery
2. Respect for elders and others
3. Concentration
4. Focus
5. Improve Health
6. Self-defense

Kung Fu is a double edged sword, like a knife that is a tool to preapare food for nourishment or a knife to hurt or kill. Once this is understood well, one must be guided on the path of virtue through the disciplines inside kung fu.

-Sifu Vince Borromeo, Kung-Fu-Philippines

I love my new Flip Scan Portable Scanner!

I'm so happy with my new Fip Scan Portable Scanner, now I can scan my sketches anywhere & without a computer and its more easier to use than a wand type scanner, it also has an excellent image stitching software http://flip-pal.com/

Sharper Image Ionic Breeze Air Filters

Have you ever wondered what the collection grid of these filters look like after a month of use? well here it is, it is so filthy!

I can never afford these filters when Sharper Image was still in business, they used to have that downtown store in Seattle that I always go to, just to look at cool stuff. I was able to purchase this from a thrift store, still new, boxed up and almost 98% off retail. It does it's job and I'm satisfied with it.

Edelyn's Garlic Flavored Roasted Peanuts

A friend brought over a jar of Edelyn's Garlic Flavored Roasted Peanuts from the Philippines, this is so good and the slivers of crunchy garlic are so tasty to munch on. be warned though that your breath will not be at it's best after a snack of these, so eat it when you can readily freshen your breath specially at the workplace, or a date with your special someone :)
Phnom Penh Noodle House 660 S King St, Seattle, WA‎ - (206) 748-9825

If ever your in Seattle and will pass by the International District, check out this Cambodian Noodle House. You can also buy their bottled Garlic Chili Sauce which is very good over pork chicken adobo, or grilled barbecue, mind you it's very spicy!

Golfing in Seattle, Washington, it's the Best!

It's challenging to play golf here in Seattle where a cloudy day with chances of shower is a good day for golf, and it is a good day for golf. We (brother, my son, me) usually go early in the morning, always the first ones to use the course, Dew Sweepers is what they call us. The good thing about going early is no one is behind you waiting for you to take your shot, you can just relax and enjoy the game, the morning and the fresh air.
